Property & Restaurant Manager
Originally from Texas, Bryan has been on the working on the farm for over 4 years. He is a dive master and is the instructor for Kite Honduras when he’s not running the restaurant.
Marek
Diveshop Manager
With a wealth of experience from all over the world, Marek came on board as a dive instructor while leading trips for Tropical Island Divers. Speaking Czech, English, Spanish and German, he’s the nicest Czech we have ever known…after Jana.
Jana
Operations & Sales Manager
Jana has been working in marketing and sales for a number of years and spent the last three years traveling as a diving instructor. Not only does she oversee Tropical Island Flavors, but all operations and lodging at MHF.
Dorn
Head Chef
Dorn is the head chef at The Crow’s Nest restaurant…he consistently delivers the best food on the East End of Roatan.
Edward
Boat Captain
Starting out as a handyman around the farm, Edward has transitioned as the boat captain for Tropical Island Divers. He knows the island and the reef like the back of his hand…providing reliable support on each and every adventure.
Elvia
Cook
One of the veteran staff members, Elvia has been creating and cooking the jams & jellies for nearly 10 years. She also bakes many of the delicious homemade breads used at The Crow’s Nest.
Goyo
Head Grounds Keeper
Walking the 26 acres everyday, Goyo ensures the property is maintained and looking good for all who visit.
Nureah
Assistant Chef
Providing support in the kitchen, Nureah helps with all the food preparation and creation.
Rebekah
Assistant Restaurant Manager
Not only does she pour great drinks, she maintains the Caribbean vibe with her perma-smile…especially around happy hour!
Reese
Head Carpenter
Just about every improvement on the property is covered in his finger prints. Reese is a talented wood worker who has a passion for every project he undertakes at the farm…and responsible for the look and feel we have created.
